Admin sign-in
First time here? Use the admin e-mail chosen when the server was installed, and the one-time password. Whoever installed the server can read that password from its settings file (XTRACAI_ADMIN_BOOTSTRAP_PASSWORD in .env.onprem). You will then add an authenticator app and choose your own password.
Add an authenticator app
Admin sign-in on this server needs a code from an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy or 1Password.
- Open the app on your phone and choose to add an account.
- Scan this code. If the app is on this same device, press Copy and paste the setup key into the app instead.
- Enter the 6-digit code the app then shows.
This code is new each time this screen opens. If you added an earlier one to your app, delete that entry and scan this one.
The QR code could not be drawn. Use the setup key instead.

Keep this entry in your app. If you lose it you cannot sign in here, and only someone with access to the server itself can reset it.
Choose your own password
You are still using the one-time password from the install. Replace it now. The new password is used here and for signing in to the xTrac app with this e-mail.

Licence
Technical details
A licence is applied on the server by whoever runs it. It cannot be changed from this page.
AI setting
This page only shows the setting. The AI key is set on the server itself by whoever runs it: ANTHROPIC_API_KEY in the file .env.onprem in the xTrac install folder, then ./run.sh there to apply it.
Users and workspaces
Read-only list. Users are invited and managed in the xTrac app.
